NEWTOWN -- Germantown Academy's boys cross country team laced them up for the 70th Annual George School Invitational, where the Patriots finished seventh of 14 teams.

Tyler Benson '27 timed in at 16:44.60 to finish 12th as GA had eight runners competing in the Varsity race and a team total of 163 points. Walter Mulroy '26 was 19th (16:59.90), Evan Badami '26 34th (17:40.20), Jeffrey Gould '27 43rd (17:5.90), and Ethan Na '26 55th (18:31.10) to round out the scoring. 
 
Also in action was John Henry Brusca '29 in 80th (19:23.90), Liam Connelly '27 in 83rd (19:28.90) and Arjun Sood '25 in 84th (19:31.80).

Alex Foster '27 finished 22nd in the JV race in 20:24.20, while Vincent Zhou '26 was 27th (20:43.70), Jack Dashine '27 28th (20:43.90), Oliver Pepper '26 30th (20:44.20), Christian Jackson '26 70th (23:15.50), and Xavier Tubio '27 83rd (24:04.10).

On Tuesday, 9月t. 17, GA will run in an Inter-Ac League Boys Race at Belmont Plateau, site of the Inter-Ac and Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association Championships, with action getting underway at 4pm.
